The project
Red River Courts in Gallatin is an affordable housing community for elderly residents, funded through the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Trinity Earthworks self-performed the site work: full excavation, mass grading and site preparation to set the elevations and drainage for the whole development.
Our crews installed the underground utilities, including storm drainage, sanitary sewer, domestic water and electrical, then carried the site from rough grading through final finish work. The result was a fully prepared site, ready for vertical construction of the new homes.
