Open positions
Who we’re hiring
All positions are full-time, with crews working across Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
Pipe Layer
$24–$32/hr depending on experience
Install storm, sanitary sewer and water lines. Experience with underground utilities and pipe installation required.
Pipe Crew Tailman
$18–$24/hr depending on experience
Help the pipe crew with installation, grade and bedding, and keep production moving. A great way to learn the trade.
Heavy Equipment Operator
$24–$26/hr depending on experience
Run excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers and more. Experienced operators.
Grading Operator
$24–$34/hr depending on experience
Grading, site prep and finish work. You’ll need a solid understanding of grade.
Construction Laborer
$16–$22/hr depending on experience
General labor that keeps jobs moving. No experience needed, just a willingness to work outdoors and learn.
