The first phase of every site
Clearing and grubbing removes trees, brush, stumps and roots so the site can be graded. On a Trinity site, the erosion control goes in before the first tree comes down, so the permit stays clean from day one.
We strip and stockpile or haul topsoil as the plans call for, and leave the site ready for grading. Because we usually grade the site too, there’s no gap between trades.
