Why one site contractor beats three
On most of our jobs, Trinity Earthworks self-performs every trade between the survey stakes and the paving crew. That means one schedule, one point of contact and no gaps between the grading sub, the utility sub and the erosion control sub.
When the same crew grades the site and lays the pipe, there’s no waiting on someone else to finish a pad before the trench goes in, and no arguing over who damaged the silt fence.

Full Site Package questions
Do you take only full packages?
No. Most of our work is the full site, but we also bid grading, utilities, EPSC or camera and jetting on their own.
Do you handle the EPSC inspections too?
Yes. Our own TNEPSC-certified inspectors handle the twice-weekly inspections required by the permit.
What does pad ready mean?
The building pad and parking areas are graded to plan, utilities are in, and the site is ready for the building and paving trades.
Need full site package on your next site?
Upload the plans and we’ll get you a number, usually within a few days.
