Site Work FAQ
Answers to the questions general contractors and developers ask us most.
Do you take full site packages or single scopes?
Both. Most of our work is the full site, from clearing and EPSC through grading and every underground utility, handed back pad ready. We also bid grading, utilities, EPSC or camera and jetting on their own.
Can you handle the twice-weekly EPSC inspections?
Yes. We have TNEPSC-certified inspectors on staff who inspect, document and fix issues on the sites we build, and on other contractors’ sites too.
Do you camera and jet lines before acceptance?
Yes, on both storm and sanitary lines, with video for your closeout package.
Do you work at night or in the Metro right-of-way?
Yes. Our Raising Cane’s water tie-in on Broadway was done at night to keep the street open during the day.
What areas do you cover?
Davidson, Sumner, Robertson, Wilson, Williamson and Rutherford counties, and the counties around them.
Do you do residential work?
We build residential developments for developers and builders. We don’t take single-home projects like driveways or yard grading.
Do you have your own TNEPSC inspectors?
Yes, TNEPSC-certified inspectors on our own staff.
Are you licensed for utility work?
Yes. Our owner is a licensed Tennessee general contractor with the municipal-utility (MU) endorsement.
Can you send a COI and W-9?
Yes, same day on request.
