Proverbs 16:3
Our Faith
Trinity Earthworks is a Christian-owned company. Even our name comes from our faith: the Trinity, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. All three of our owners follow Jesus, and one verse sits at the foundation of how we run this business.
“Commit your actions to the LORD, and your plans will succeed.”
“Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.” KJV
Why this verse
Roll the whole job onto Him
In the original Hebrew, the word translated “commit” means to roll something off of yourself and onto someone else, the way you’d roll a heavy load off your shoulders. It’s a picture anyone who’s moved dirt for a living understands.
Site work runs on plans: civil drawings, schedules, bids and budgets. We work those plans hard, and we’re proud of how carefully we build. But Proverbs 16:3 reminds us that the plans aren’t ours to carry alone. We do the work in front of us with everything we’ve got and trust God with the outcome, including the weather, the rock we didn’t expect and the days that don’t go to plan.
That’s why the verse is printed on every one of our vehicles and at the bottom of every page on this site. It’s a daily reminder to us more than a message to anyone else.

Faith at work
What it looks like on a jobsite
Work done heartily
We build every site as though we’re working for the Lord, not just the owner. That means doing it right even where no one will ever see it, like the pipe under the pavement.
A yes that means yes
Honest bids, real schedules and straight answers, even when the news isn’t what anyone wanted to hear.
People over production
Our crew members are family. Getting everyone home safe every night matters more than any deadline.
Owning our mistakes
When something goes wrong, we say so and make it right, without the finger-pointing.

Everyone’s welcome
You don’t have to share our faith to work with us
We serve general contractors, developers and municipalities of every background, and we hire and promote crew members based on their work and character, never their beliefs. Our faith isn’t a requirement for anyone. It’s simply the reason we try to treat everyone who works with us, and for us, with honesty and respect.
