Our Story
We are a family owned and operated Civil Construction Company. Although we’re based out of Portland Tennessee, our projects span across the whole state!
We do a variety of earthwork activities including site preparation for small and large buildings; earthwork for commercial projects; and installation of underground utilities.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality of work and customer service on every project we complete – not only cost-efficiency, but durability that exceeds expectations!

Throughout our experiences in the construction industry, we saw there was a need to create a company that can merge the knowledge of construction and customer service, emphasizing on incorporating technology, to improve the construction process and relationships with customers.

Christopher RYan Felts
Ryan brings years of hands-on experience in earthwork and underground utility construction to his leadership role at Trinity Earthworks. As President and Director of Construction, he oversees field operations, project execution, and the teams responsible for bringing each project to completion. His practical industry knowledge and commitment to quality help ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
With a strong understanding of construction operations, Ryan works closely with field crews, project managers, engineers, and customers to keep projects moving forward. From coordinating resources and managing schedules to overseeing day-to-day jobsite activities, he takes pride in delivering dependable results while building lasting relationships through integrity, accountability, and quality workmanship.

Carlos Sanchez
Carlos oversees the financial and business operations that support the continued success and growth of Trinity Earthworks. As Director of Business Operations, he leads the company's financial management, budgeting, payroll, insurance, human resources, regulatory compliance, and administrative functions. His focus is ensuring the business operates efficiently, remains financially strong, and is positioned for long-term success.
With a strategic approach to business management and a commitment to operational excellence, Carlos works to strengthen the systems and processes that keep Trinity running smoothly. From managing financial resources and business relationships to supporting company-wide planning and decision-making, his leadership provides the foundation that allows the construction and preconstruction teams to focus on delivering exceptional results.

Andrew Manes
Andrew leads the preconstruction efforts at Trinity Earthworks, bringing a detailed and strategic approach to estimating, bidding, and project planning. As Director of Preconstruction, he oversees the development of competitive proposals, evaluates project requirements, and works closely with general contractors, developers, and customers to turn opportunities into successful projects. His understanding of construction costs, materials, and project logistics helps ensure every job begins with a solid foundation.
From initial estimates and contract coordination to submittals, material procurement, and project preparation, Andrew plays a key role in positioning each project for success. His commitment to accuracy, clear communication, and thoughtful planning helps streamline the transition from preconstruction to field execution, ensuring Trinity delivers quality work while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Pamela Snyder
Pamela plays an essential role in keeping the daily operations of Trinity Earthworks organized and running efficiently. As Executive Coordinator, she works closely with the leadership team to coordinate administrative activities, support internal business processes, and ensure clear communication between the office and field teams. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help keep the company operating smoothly.
With a commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement, Pamela assists with administrative coordination, project documentation, and day-to-day business needs. She also supports employee safety training initiatives and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) compliance, helping Trinity maintain its commitment to safety and regulatory standards. Her dependable approach and willingness to take on new challenges make her a valuable part of the team.
