Our Story
We are a family owned and operated Civil Construction Company. Although we’re based out of Portland Tennessee, our projects span across the whole state!
We do a variety of earthwork activities including site preparation for small and large buildings; earthwork for commercial projects; and installation of underground utilities.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality of work and customer service on every project we complete – not only cost-efficiency, but durability that exceeds expectations!

Throughout our experiences in the construction industry, we saw there was a need to create a company that can merge the knowledge of construction and customer service, emphasizing on incorporating technology, to improve the construction process and relationships with customers.
We are passionate about creating an environment where our employees enjoy working and our customers enjoy a punctual timeline and competitive pricing. Christopher RYan Felts
Owner & Director of Business Development
Ryan brings the perfect blend of industry expertise and people skills to his role as Director of Business Development. Ryan leads the charge in acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the earthwork and utility sectors.
With years of hands-on experience in underground utility installation, Ryan is not only a trusted face to customers—he’s also the technical expert they rely on. He works closely with utility districts, engineers, and permitting agencies to streamline project setup and execution. From the first meeting to project completion, Ryan ensures clients experience professionalism, clarity, and care every step of the way.
Carlos Sanchez
Carlos Sanchez plays a vital role in the day-to-day and long-term success of Trinity Earthworks. As Director of Finance & Administration, Carlos oversees the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, payroll, and planning, while also managing essential administrative areas such as business licensing, insurance, and internal systems.
With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of the construction industry, Carlos ensures the business runs smoothly, stays protected, and remains financially strong. His leadership keeps projects supported behind the scenes, allowing the field team to focus on execution while he keeps the business secure, compliant, and built for growth.

Andrew Manes
With a strong leadership presence and a deep knowledge of field logistics, Andrew Manes drives project execution as Trinity Earthworks' Director of Field Operations. Andrew oversees all field crews and subcontractors, manages day-to-day scheduling, and ensures that every job site runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
His hands-on approach and commitment to quality make him a key force in maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability and performance. From early-stage planning through final grading, Andrew is focused on getting the job done right—on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards. His ability to lead teams and troubleshoot challenges in real time keeps projects moving and clients confident.

Meet Our Staff
Scot Eric Loerch Jr.
Scot “Eric” Loerch Jr. is a key part of the project planning and coordination team at Trinity Earthworks. As Estimator & Project Coordinator, he evaluates project scopes, prepares accurate bids, and keeps communication flowing smoothly between office and field teams. OSHA 30 Certified and experienced across banking, retail, logistics, and operational management, Eric brings a grounded, efficiency‑driven perspective to every project.
Eric works closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure estimates are precise and that projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations. He also supports the Director of Field Operations by managing essential clerical and administrative tasks that maintain clear workflows and keep projects moving forward. Known for his reliability, organization, and strong communication skills, Eric is a trusted member of the Trinity Earthworks team.
Estimator & Project Coordinator
Pamela Snyder
Pamela Snyder serves as Trinity Earthworks’ Field Compliance & Training Coordinator, where she ensures projects meet Tennessee EPSC requirements and supports crews in the field with practical, hands-on guidance. She plays a key role in maintaining compliance standards while helping teams execute work the right way.
In addition to inspections, Pamela leads field training efforts, working directly with team members to improve consistency, strengthen knowledge, and elevate overall jobsite performance. She also helps document project progress and supports Trinity’s social media presence by showcasing work across Middle Tennessee.
Outside of work, Pamela is a proud mother of four and brings a high level of organization, dedication, and leadership into everything she does. She is highly educated, driven, and passionate about continuous improvement and helping others succeed.
