Throughout our experiences in the construction industry, we saw there was a need to create a company that can merge the knowledge of construction and customer service, emphasizing on incorporating technology, to improve the construction process and relationships with customers. We are passionate about

creating an environment where our employees enjoy working and our customers enjoy a punctual timeline and competitive pricing. The company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in commercial construction. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence at everything we do.

What we do!

We are a family owned and operated Civil Construction Company. Although we’re based out of Gallatin, our projects span across the whole state of Tennessee! We do a variety of earthwork activities including site preparation for small and large buildings; earthwork

for commercial projects; and installation of underground utilities. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of work and customer service on every project we complete – not only cost-efficiency, but durability that exceeds expectations!

Ryan Felts

Owner & Director of Business Development

Ryan Felts brings the perfect blend of industry expertise and people skills to his role as Director of Business Development. Ryan leads the charge in acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the earthwork and utility sectors.

With years of hands-on experience in underground utility installation, Ryan is not only a trusted face to customers—he’s also the technical expert they rely on. He works closely with utility districts, engineers, and permitting agencies to streamline project setup and execution. From the first meeting to project completion, Ryan ensures clients experience professionalism, clarity, and care every step of the way.

Carlos Sanchez

Director of Finance & Administration

Carlos Sanchez plays a vital role in the day-to-day and long-term success of Trinity Earthworks. As Director of Finance & Administration, Carlos oversees the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, payroll, and planning, while also managing essential administrative areas such as business licensing, insurance, and internal systems.

With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of the construction industry, Carlos ensures the business runs smoothly, stays protected, and remains financially strong. His leadership keeps projects supported behind the scenes, allowing the field team to focus on execution while he keeps the business secure, compliant, and built for growth.

Andrew Manes

Director of Field Operations

With a strong leadership presence and a deep knowledge of field logistics, Andrew Manes drives project execution as Trinity Earthworks' Director of Field Operations. Andrew oversees all field crews and subcontractors, manages day-to-day scheduling, and ensures that every job site runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

His hands-on approach and commitment to quality make him a key force in maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability and performance. From early-stage planning through final grading, Andrew is focused on getting the job done right—on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards. His ability to lead teams and troubleshoot challenges in real time keeps projects moving and clients confident.

Matthew Johnson

Estimator & Project Coordinator

Matthew Johnson plays a key role in the planning and execution of projects at Trinity Earthworks. As Estimator & Project Coordinator, Matthew is responsible for evaluating project scopes, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring smooth communication between the office and the field. His attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication help set the foundation for every successful job.

Matthew works closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to make sure every estimate is accurate and every project stays on track. With a steady focus on timelines, budgets, and quality control, he helps bring clarity to complex jobs and keeps projects moving forward with confidence.

Thomas Manes

Field Support Assistant

Thomas Manes serves as a reliable link between the office and the field as Trinity Earthworks’ Field Support Assistant. In this vital role, Thomas helps ensure that construction crews have the materials, tools, and documentation they need to stay productive and on schedule.

Whether he’s delivering equipment, conducting EPSC inspection reports, or coordinating last-minute job site needs, Thomas plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. His strong work ethic and commitment to supporting the field teams make him an essential part of day-to-day job-site success.
